1 cup breadcrumbs , soaked 3 minutes in milk and the excess squeezed out
3 eggs
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 garlic clove , minced
salt & freshly ground black pepper
organically grown lemons or orange leaves , rubbed with olive oil

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

3.Form the mixture into meatballs the size of golf balls.
4.Rub the organic lemon or orange leaves with olive oil and place them on the grill.
5.Grill the meatballs, turning occasionally, until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
6.Squeeze fresh lemon or orange juice over the meatballs before serving.
