1 1/4 lbs potatoes

4 spring onions , finely chopped
2 garlic cloves , crushed
3 tablespoons fresh dill , chopped

1 egg , beaten

flour , for coating
3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

7.Transfer the balls to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
