Ingredients

4 lbs whole chickens ( cut up yourself , chop legs , thighs and wings in half , breast halves into three pieces each )
salt

3 slices French bread
5 peppercorns

1/4 cup spanish sherry wine ( NOT cooking sherry ! ! )
1/2 onion , minced finely
1 pinch saffron

Instructions

1.Season chicken with salt, set aside.
