Ingredients

9 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 onion , sliced
1/2 cup butter
2 2/3 cups dry potato flakes
1 package cream cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

4.Add dry potato flakes and mix thoroughly. Remove from the heat and set aside.

6.Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Lay three lasagna noodles on the bottom of the dish.
7.Spread half of the mashed potato over the lasagna noodles in the dish. Top with another layer of noodles.
8.Spread the cream cheese over the lasagna noodles, then top with another layer of noodles.
9.Spread the rest of the mashed potato over the noodles. Top with remaining lasagna noodles.
10.Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
11.Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes.
