2 tablespoons raisins ( optional )

1 pinch salt
1 cup oil for deep frying

Polish Galicyjskie Cookies, also known as Kartacze, are a traditional pastry from the Galicia region of Poland. These cookies are made from grated potatoes, which are mixed with egg yolks, cream, sugar, and flour to form a batter. Instructions
