5 egg yolks , keep one separate

Instructions

3.Work the dough into a ball, spread flour on a surface and knead the dough.
4.Place the dough in a warm place to rise for an hour or until double in size.
5.Knead the dough again and cut into pieces, shape into 2 loaves, and press into greased loaf pans.
6.Brush the tops with egg yolk, and sprinkle with almonds and lemon rind.
7.Bake at 350°F/175°C for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
