12 roma tomatoes ( plum )
1 cup stone-ground yellow cornmeal or 1 cup white cornmeal
4 ounces shredded smoked mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C)
2.Slice the tomatoes about 1/4 inch thick.
