Ingredients

2 eggs ( separated )
200 ml yoghurt ( Turkish or Greek )
200 ml oil ( canola )
300 g flour ( or a tad more )
1 tablespoon baking powder
salt ( to taste )
250 g feta cheese
1 bunch fresh parsley ( chopped )
black cumin ( nigella , to sprinkle poaca with )
Poaca is a popular snack that originated from Turkey. They are soft and cheesy, with a delicious salty flavor and can be enjoyed as a quick bite or snack for your parties. Typically triangular in shape, Poaca is loved by vegetarians and cheese lovers. Poaca can be kept fresh for a long time, making it a great snack to munch on while on the go or at work.

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, beat eggs whites until peaks
2.In a separate bowl, combine egg yolks, yogurt, oil, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
3.Add the egg yolks mixture to egg whites and mix gently.
4.Gradually add flour into the mixture, kneading gently until you get soft dough.
5.Add feta cheese and chopped parsley, kneading gently.
6.Preheat oven to 180C. Pinch off small pieces of dough and shape them into pockets. Place them on baking paper covered baking sheet and sprinkle with black cumin seeds.
7.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
