1 can whole plums in heavy syrup
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice , to taste
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1.Drain the can of whole plums keeping the syrup aside. Remove and discard the pits of the plums.
2.Puree the plums in a food processor.
3.Add the plum syrup, fresh lemon juice, and vanilla to the puree and mix well.
4.Pour mixture into a shallow baking dish and place it in the freezer.
5.Every hour or so, scrape the mixture with a fork to break up any ice crystals until it is all frozen and has a slushy texture.
