Instructions

1.In a medium mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until smooth.

4.Using a cookie scoop, drop the dough onto the center of the pizzelle maker.
5.Close the lid and cook until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
6.Carefully remove the pizzelle cone with a spatula and shape it into a cone.
7.Hold the cone in place for about 5 seconds until it cools and sets. Repeat with the remaining dough.
