Ingredients

1 package dry active yeast , dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water ( 105-115 F )
2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 large onions , sliced thin
1 can tomato paste
8 -10 anchovy fillets , cut small
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup grated cheese ( Italian Blend , Parmesan , Romano or Pecorino )

Instructions

1.Mix flour and salt, then make a well in the center.

8.Spread tomato paste mixture over the dough.
9.Sprinkle cheese over tomato paste mixture, then onions over cheese.
10.Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
