Ingredients

1 package yellow cake mix
1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
These Pistachio Mini Loaves are an easy, crunchy and flavorful way to satisfy your sweet tooth. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour four 5 3/4-inch x 3 1/4-inch mini loaf pans.
2.In a large bowl mix the cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, and water until just combined.
3.In a small bowl mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
4.Pour half of the cake batter into the greased pans, and sprinkle pecan mixture on each layer.
5.Top with the remaining half of the cake batter and spread evenly.
6.Sprinkle the top of each loaf with more pecan mixture.
7.Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8.Cool in the pan for 15 minutes and then remove the loafs.
