Instructions

11.Add the remaining pistachio mixture on top of the phyllo.
12.Layer 10 sheets of phyllo on top, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
13.Using a sharp knife, cut the baklava into small diamond shapes.
14.Bake the baklava for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
15.Pour the cooled syrup over the hot baklava and let it cool completely before serving.
