6 medium onions , thinly sliced

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and a pinch of kosher salt and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the onions are soft and caramelized.
