Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix yeast, warm water and 1 tablespoon sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes.
2.In another bowl, mix salt, milk, egg, and oil (or butter).
3.Add yeast mixture to milk mixture.
4.Gradually add flour until dough forms. Knead for 8 minutes.
5.Place dough in a bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
6.Preheat oven to 385°F.
7.In a skillet, brown onion and ground beef. Add garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
8.Roll dough into small circles. Add a spoonful of meat mixture and fold dough over, pinching edges together.
9.Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
10.Serve hot and enjoy!
