1 bag tortilla chips , for serving optional ( scoops are preferred )

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, add the seeded and finely diced jalapenos, fresh chopped cilantro, finely diced green, red and yellow bell peppers, diced red onion and diced seedless watermelon.
2.Mix well with a spatula until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3.Squeeze the juice of 1 or 2 limes over the mixture.
4.Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of salt over the mixture.
5.Give it a final mix and serve in a large platter alongside tortilla chips.
6.Optional: serve with scoops tortilla chips to make it easier to eat!
