Ingredients

1 can pineapple chunks
unflavored gelatin ( one envelope )
8 ounces fat free cream cheese
graham cracker crust

Instructions

1.Drain the pineapple chunks and set aside the juice.

4.Add the pineapple chunks to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
5.Microwave the gelatin mixture for 30 seconds and whisk until the gelatin has dissolved.
6.Pour the gelatin mixture over the cream cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
7.Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
8.Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
