2 cups fresh pineapple , very ripe and cut in small pieces
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup cream or 1/2 cup coconut milk
6 ounces white rum
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crushed ice
mint sprig , garnish
maraschino cherry , garnish

Instructions

1.In a blender, add the fresh pineapple and brown sugar and blend until smooth.
2.Add the cream/coconut milk, white rum, vanilla extract, and crushed ice to the blender, blend until all ingredients are combined.
3.Pour the cocktail into a serving glass and garnish with a mint sprig and maraschino cherry.
