1/3 cup coconut rum
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 large eggs , at room temperature , slightly beaten
2 slices fresh pineapple , 1/2 cm thick ( optional ) or 2 slices canned pineapple ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
