1 goya chicken bouillon
2 cups hot water

Instructions

1.Rinse the rice well in cold water and allow it to soak for 30 minutes.
2.In a medium-sized, heavy-bottomed pot, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
3.Add the minced onions and minced garlic, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until the onions are translucent.
4.Add the rice, dried parsley, paprika, and savory to the pot and stir to combine.
5.Dissolve the goya chicken bouillon in hot water and pour it over the rice, stirring once more.
6.Raise the heat to high and bring the rice mixture to a boil.
7.Once the rice has come to a boil, cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid and reduce the heat to low.
8.Cook the rice for 20-25 minutes or until all of the liquid has been absorbed.
9.Remove the pot from the heat and let it stand with the lid on for 5 more minutes before fluffing the rice with a fork and serving.
