1 kg beef , undercut ( cut into around 20-22 strips against the grain and tenderised by beating with a tenderiser so that t )
2 tablespoons soya sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 cloves garlic , minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
salt
2 potatoes , halved and then cut into strips
2 tomatoes , cut into strips
5 green chilies or 1 green pepper , cut into strips ( the latter option for folks who do n't like spice )
2 slices bacon , cut into strips
kitchen twine
2 red chilies

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix together the soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
2.Marinate the beef strips in the bowl for 2-3 hours.
3.Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
4.Place the bacon strips, potatoes, tomatoes, and green chilies or green pepper on each beef strip and roll tightly.
5.Tie each roll with kitchen twine and transfer to a baking dish.
6.Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
7.Garnish with red chilies and serve hot.
