1 pork butt
1 head garlic , minced
3/4 cup sour orange juice ( can use 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/4 cup lime juice )
1 tablespoon oregano
2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons salt
2 large onions , sliced thickly into rings

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
2.Mix the garlic, sour orange/lime juice, oregano, cumin, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl to make the marinade.
