1 jar salsa
1 container sour cream ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat a pie iron over medium heat.

3.Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.Assemble tacos by placing a tortilla on the bottom of the pie iron. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture on top of the tortilla. Add a sprinkle of cheese and a tablespoon of onion. Top with another tortilla and gently press down with the pie iron. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
5.Serve hot with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, salsa, and sour cream (optional).
