125 ml water

1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon black sesame seed
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.Combine yeast and water in mixing bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.
2.Mix flour and salt in a bowl, slowly add yeast mixture and olive oil, mix together.
3.Knead dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4.Place the dough in a bowl and cover with damp cloth, let sit in a warm place for 1 hour.
5.Preheat oven to 220°C.
6.Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll them into ovals.
7.Place the oval dough on a parchment paper and make decorative cuts with a knife.
8.Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
9.Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
