4 cans crushed tomatoes

8 celery ribs , diced
5 -6 medium onions , diced
2 cups mushrooms , coarsely chopped ( optional )
4 garlic cloves , chopped
1/4 cup salt

2 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 cups canola oil
2 cups flour

Instructions

1.In a large pot, heat 1 cup of canola oil and add celery and onions to the pot and cook until soft.

4.Add chicken broth, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir ingredients and let it come to a boil.
