4 sheets phyllo pastry ( phyllo )
100 g sultanas
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup almonds ( flaked - 30 grams - 1 oz )
4 cups skim milk ( or no-fat 1 litre - 32 fl oz )
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

8.While the phyllo is cooking, heat the skim milk and ground cinnamon in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed through.
