Ingredients

1 lb chuck steak
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup hot chili sauce ( Sriracha )

Instructions

2.Preheat oven to 350°F. Put the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
3.In a medium saucepan, mix hoisin sauce, black bean sauce, lemongrass, hot chili sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
4.Add the meatballs to the broth and simmer for another 8 minutes.
5.Serve in bowls and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves, sliced chili pepper, and lime wedges.
