8 ounces sausage , cut into 1 inch pieces
15 raw chicken strips
2 lbs large shrimp
1 onion , chopped
1 green bell pepper
1 stalk celery , chopped ( large )
2 garlic cloves , minced ( optional )
2 cups uncooked long grain rice
2 cans diced tomatoes , juice reserved
2 bay leaves
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
3 1/2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

1.Heat a large paella pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the pieces of sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned.

10.Once the rice is cooked, return the chicken, sausage, and shrimp to the pan, and heat through. Serve hot.
