Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, white sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to combine.
2.Cut the beef into thin slices and add to the mixing bowl. Toss well until the beef is well coated with the marinade.
3.Transfer the beef and marinade into a zip-lock bag. Store in the fridge for at least 6 hours, up to 24 hours.
4.Preheat your oven to 160°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5.Remove the beef from the marinade and shake off the excess liquid. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
6.Bake in the preheated oven for 3-4 hours or until the beef is completely dried and chewy.
