Philly Cheesesteak Lasagna is a dish that is inspired by the classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It is a unique twist on a classic Italian dish, combining tender flank steak, sautéed vegetables, and tangy marinara in a lasagna dish. This dish is perfect for dinner parties, potlucks, or family dinners. It is a hearty, filling meal that is perfect for cold winter nights.

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add flank steak and cook until browned, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice into thin strips.
3.Add onion, green bell pepper, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, and ground pepper to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
4.Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add lasagna noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
5.Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour a thin layer of spaghetti sauce into the bottom of the dish. Arrange a layer of noodles over the sauce. Spoon about one-third of the ricotta cheese over the noodles, spreading it lightly with a fork. Sprinkle a third of the mozzarella cheese over the ricotta cheese. Layer half the sliced steak on top of the cheese. Follow with half of the vegetable mixture. Repeat the layers of sauce, noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, steak, and vegetables. Top the last layer with the remaining mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley and provolone cheese.
6.Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
7.Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
