Instructions

1.Heat oven to 325ºF.
2.Combine graham crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
3.Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl mixer until blended.
4.Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
5.Rinse 1/2 cup sliced strawberries under cold water; pat dry with paper towels. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
6.Bake 45 to 50 min. or until center is almost set.
7.Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate 4 hours. Meanwhile, blend remaining strawberries in blender until smooth. Strain strawberries to remove seeds before using.
8.Once chilled, top cheesecake with strawberry sauce and swirl.
9.Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; remove rim before serving.
