1 lb. penne pasta | |
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts | |
1/4 cup olive oil | |
1/2 cup homemade pesto | |
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese |
1. | Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside. |
2. | Brush chicken with olive oil and grill for 6-8 minutes on each side. |
3. | Slice chicken into strips. |
4. | In a large bowl, toss pasta with pesto and Parmesan cheese. |
5. | Serve hot with grilled chicken on top. |
