Instructions

6.Add white wine to the skillet and let it come to a simmer.
7.Cover the skillet and let the fish steam until cooked through (about 10-12 minutes).
8.Uncover skillet and add chopped parsley. Serve hot with steamed rice or boiled potatoes.
