1 cup dried dates
1/2 cup sweetened coconut
1/4 cup almonds or 1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup brown sesame seed
1/4 cup raisins
1 -2 tablespoon honey ( use enough to form balls )

Instructions

1.Soak the dried dates in hot water for 10-15 minutes.
2.In a food processor, blend puffed wheat cereal, almonds or cashews, brown sesame seeds until coarsely chopped.
3.Add the soaked dates (without water), raisins and honey. Blend until everything comes together into a paste.
4.Using your hands, make small balls out of the paste. Coat each ball in sweetened coconut flakes.
5.Refrigerate the balls to firm up before serving.
