1 cup romaine lettuce or 1 cup butter lettuce , finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped parsley
2 cups finely chopped spinach
1 cup finely chopped green onion
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
salt

1/3 cup chopped walnuts
8 eggs
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.In a large bowl, combine the leeks, lettuce, parsley, spinach, green onion, flour, salt, and pepper.

4.Melt the butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
5.Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, until the bottom is lightly browned.
6.Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the eggs are set.
