Instructions

1.Wash the potatoes, and peel them.
2.Grate the potatoes and squeeze the extra fluid out.
3.Add beaten eggs, chopped bell peppers, baking powder, salt, pepper, and saffron.
4.Mix all the ingredients.
5.In a non-stick pan, pour the frying oil and wait until hot enough over medium heat.
6.Pour the mixture in the pan and cook for about 15 minutes.
7.Flip the mixture and cook the other side for about 10 minutes until golden.
8.Cut it into pieces and serve.
