3/4 cup pomegranate molasses
1/4 cup honey or 1/4 cup grape molasses
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons chopped pistachios

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped onions, raw pistachios, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, chopped tarragon, chopped cilantro, lime juice, red pepper flakes, black pepper, ground cumin, salt, and ground lamb. Mix well and shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
2.Heat canola or olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the meatballs until evenly browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
3.In a separate saucepan, combine pomegranate molasses, honey or grape molasses, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer, stirring until the sauce thickens.
4.Pour the pomegranate sauce over the meatballs and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
5.Garnish with chopped pistachios, basil sprig, mixed sprouts, mint, and fresh pomegranate seeds before serving.
