1 large onion , finely chopped
1 large tomatoes , peeled , seeded , and chopped
2 -3 garlic cloves , finely chopped
16 ounces tomato sauce
1/3 teaspoon turmeric
salt and pepper
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons oil

Instructions
