250 g ground lamb or 250 g beef
50 g dried black-eye beans
50 g dried split peas
50 g dried brown lentils
1 kg fresh spinach
2 onions
100 g of fresh mint
1/4 teaspoon pomegranate powder
1 cup kashk ( thick whey )

black pepper

Instructions

1.In a pot, add black-eye beans, brown lentils, split peas and 7 cups of water, bring to boil and let cook for 40 minutes.
2.Add ground lamb or beef to a pot with chopped onions and cook over high heat until browned.
3.Add cooked beans, lentils, black-eye peas, spinach, and chopped fresh mint leaves to the pot with the meat and stir.
4.Add Kashk and stir until it dissolves with other ingredients.
5.Add salt, pepper, and pomegranate powder and bring to boil over high heat.
6.Cover the pot and let cook for 25 minutes over medium heat.
