Instructions

5.Once boiling, pour in the dissolved cornstarch and stir for 1-2 minutes until the mixture thickens and becomes pudding-like.
6.Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of almond extract.
7.Finally, stir in the cooked brown rice. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
