Instructions

2.While the sauce is simmering, remove the sausage from its casing and crumble it into a large mixing bowl. Add the garlic, onion, ground beef, egg, parsley, romano cheese, and enough breadcrumbs to make a firm mixture. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls.
3.Add the meatballs to the simmering sauce and cook for 30-45 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through.
4.While the meatballs are cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, according to instructions on package. Drain the pasta and serve topped with the meatballs and sauce, with additional romano cheese and parsley as desired.
