1/4 piece pumpkin
10 ladyfingers
3 green chilies

Instructions

1.Dry roast jeera powder, fenugreek seeds, coriander seed separately on low flame until they turn golden brown
2.Dry roast channa dal and toor dal till they turn slightly golden

4.Now, heat oil in a pan and add hing, curry leaves, and green chilies
5.Add slices of pumpkin and stir fry for a minute
6.Add Ladyfingers and stir fry for another minute
7.Add the freshly ground spice mix, turmeric powder, and salt to the pan and mix it well
