2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

1 package ramen noodles ( discard seasoning packet )
2 ounces pepperoni slices , cut into thin strips

Instructions

1.In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and 1/4 cup of milk.
2.In another shallow bowl, mix together the flour, 2 1/2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 1/2 teaspoons of mustard powder, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
3.Dip the chicken breasts into the egg mixture, then coat them evenly in the flour mixture.
4.In a large skillet, heat the canola oil on medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-6 minutes per side), then remove it from the skillet and set it aside.
