300 g malted milk biscuits

500 ml double cream

Instructions

6.Repeat the layers with the remaining biscuit mixture and whipped cream, finishing with a layer of crushed peppermint crisp chocolate on top for decoration.
7.Place the peppermint crisp tart in the fridge to set for at least an hour before serving.
