1/2 cup green bell pepper , cut into strips
1/2 cup red bell pepper , cut into strips
1 cup bean sprouts , tightly packed
1 1/2 lbs shanghai noodles , cooked
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

1.Cut the sirloin steak into thin slices.

12.Continue to stir-fry the mixture until the sauce has been evenly distributed and slightly thickened.
