1 can roasted tomatoes
salt and pepper
1 pinch red pepper flakes

chopped olives like kalamata olive ( optional )
anchovy ( optional )
drizzle serving dish with a light drizzle balsamic glaze ( optional )

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic, tuscany seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant.
2.Add sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet, stirring occasionally. Cook until tender, for about 10-15 minutes.
3.Add canned roasted tomatoes and season with salt and pepper and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes until the liquid evaporates.
4.Drizzle with red wine vinegar, sprinkle with coarsely chopped basil, chopped olives, and anchovy (optional).
5.Serve hot or cold in a bowl. Drizzle with balsamic glaze (optional).
