Ingredients

400 g sausages
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion , peeled and finely sliced
1 teaspoon fennel seed
400 g dry penne pasta
200 ml creme fraiche
100 g wild rocket
salt & freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

5.Drain cooked pasta, reserve a cup of pasta cooking water, and add to the sausage mixture.
6.Add rocket and toss to combine. If needed, add a little reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.
7.Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
