1 cup dried porcini mushrooms , reconstituted in white wine
1 tablespoon olive oil

4 slices prosciutto di Parma , chopped

salt and pepper , to taste
2 cups heavy cream
6 basil leaves , shredded
1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese

Instructions

1.Cook the penne according to the package instructions until al dente.
