3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese ( not the powdered stuff , please ) or 3/4 cup romano cheese ( not the powdered stuff , please )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425F (220C).

4.Roast the broccoli for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
5.Remove the broccoli from the oven and sprinkle with the lime juice.
6.In a food processor, pulse the toasted pecans until finely chopped.
7.Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the pecans and pulse until the mixture is well combined.
