HEALTH & BENEFITS

While Peanut Butter Rice Krispy Bars are not particularly healthy, peanut butter is a great source of protein and healthy fats. The Rice Krispies also add some crunch and are a good source of whole grains. However, these health benefits can easily be negated by the high amounts of sugar and fat present in the recipe.
